The aim of The Manor House Residential Care Home is that all residents shall receive the best possible standard of care at all times.

All residents will be treated with respect and their privacy and dignity will be guarded.

Residents shall be helped to maintain their independence as far as possible, by being encouraged to do what ever they can manage and be helped if needed.

As far as is practical, The manor House is run as close to a normal family routine as possible and not to be regimental or institutional. Also residents are encouraged to have a say in the order of their day.

Family and friends are made very welcome to visit and maintain contact. They are also welcome to discuss any concerns with our care team, management, or The Manor House Proprietors.

All staff are to ensure they honour this philosophy of care. Staff are encouraged to update their professional knowledge and qualifications regularly and attend training courses.
