The Manor House nestles in to the base of Countisbury Hill in a prominent position in the beautiful Lynmouth Bay. The house commands a great location, having views directly out to sea. We are close to the promenade, park and harbour, with views also over to the picturesque village and dramatic coastline.

As well as the many scenic walks around Lynmouth there are also many shops within a 2 minute flat level walk from The Manor House offering a range of crafts and gifts as well as tea rooms so there is plenty to occupy anyone taking a little excursion.

The Cliff railway is one of the main attractions, connecting Lynmouth with it's sister town Lynton, dating back to 1890 and powered entirely by water the cliff railway is certainly a unique ride enjoyed by people of all ages.
